• Delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3–5 working days
• Remote areas may take slightly longer depending on location

Shipping Charges

• Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all across Pakistan

Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with, ensuring a trustworthy and customer-friendly experience.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• You are not satisfied with the fragrance
• The product is damaged, leaking, or defective
• You received the wrong item

To qualify:

• Requests must be made within 15 days of purchase
• The perfume must have at least 90% of the product remaining
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition

Processing Time

• Please allow 5–6 working days to process your return or exchange request

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit
• Delivery charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

• You may exchange for the same product or choose another item of equal value
• If unavailable, store credit will be provided

Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled before dispatch
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
