Thank you for shopping at AHAM Gallery (ahamgallery.com). Because our wellness products and detox cubes are frozen and perishable food items, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy to ensure the highest health and safety standards for all our customers in the UAE.
1. No Returns on Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of flash-frozen fruit and vegetable products, we cannot accept physical returns once the product has been delivered to your doorstep. Once a frozen item leaves our cold-chain delivery network, it cannot be resold or restocking.
2. Damaged, Wrong, or Melted Orders
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives in an unacceptable condition, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund. You are eligible for a claim if:
The product arrives completely melted or damaged due to courier handling.
You received the wrong flavor or incorrect items compared to your invoice.
The item packaging is punctured or broken upon delivery.
3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
If you experience any of the issues mentioned above, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery:
Take a clear photo or a short 10-second video of the damaged/melted product.
Send the proof along with your Order Number to our customer support via WhatsApp or Email at info@ahamgallery.com.
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a fresh replacement delivery or process a refund within 3–5 business days.
4. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it leaves our dispatch facility. Once the order is handed over to our cold-chain logistics partners for delivery across Dubai, Sharjah, or other Emirates, cancellation is no longer possible.
